The Running Radius
Six neighborhoods, one route.
The pockets I run through most mornings are the ones I sell in. Here's what each one actually is, what it costs, and what I'm seeing on the ground.
Why a running radius
I stumbled into these pockets on foot.
I recently switched up my running routes and stumbled into some incredible pockets in desirable neighborhoods that I would have never noticed just driving by. That became the Running Radius: the streets I cover on foot every week, which happen to be the streets I farm, list in, and write about.
Each stop below is a guide written from the ground, with the numbers I publish on LinkedIn quoted as of the day I pulled them. No sales pitches, just real numbers.
The six stops
In running order.

Arcadia
Citrus-grove lots and flood irrigation, 44th to 68th Street. The original.

Arcadia Lite
1950s ranches and tear-down economics. Where the Running Radius started.

Camelback East
The corridor between the two. Condos to estates, Camelback Road south to Thomas.

Biltmore
Gated enclaves, golf, and the Biltmore Heights renovations.

Scottsdale
Old Town to McCormick Ranch. Her office, and nine years of sold history.

North Central Phoenix
Central Avenue, the Murphy Bridle Path, older money, walkability.
